Breakfast #2. Lemon Cheesecake bars. Extra cream cheese. The extra cream cheese makes it fluffier so if you want them firmer, use the original recipe.
The shortbread crust is probably the best thing ever about this treat…other than the obvious cheesecake. I may consider adding chocolate chips and making it into cookie dough next time.

I only ate one. Should have had all three.
